Brilliant service all round
Had the pleasure of meeting Charlie and the team at Wilson auto trade. Myself and my husband had travelled from the northants area . Buying a car blind so to speak . After having been messed around by a few traders in Luton Coventry Peterborough area , Charlie had sent me dozens of photographs , walk round videos , photos of history , work done, numerous phone calls etc etc . It was a brilliant experience, we arrived early Saturday to be greeted by Charlie who showed us around , what can only be described as an immaculate s1 audi . I'm a big car enthusiast, and yes a bit picky with my cars , this car is nearly 8 years old but honestly it's immaculate . I couldn't fault it the way it was presented . His valet team have went above and beyond in prepping this car . It had been serviced , mot,d , and was sat waiting in his secure garage . Looking like a car of 12 months of age !!! Happy is an understatement, was over the moon !! He has a brilliant premises , and is a true gent !!! Can't fault him or the team in any way . Yes it was a 200 mile Journey each way to buy the car . But I'm glad I went .he up graded my warranty to 6 months free of charge and filled the car up so was ready to go , Would happily travel again to purchase another vehicle from him top company , too Bloke five stars from me and the husband.

Charlie has restored my faith in second hand car dealers, from originally calling him in relation to the car I was interested me he *made me feel at ease and in a kind of strange way I felt t reassured that he was trustworthy and I was never going to experience any problems with the vehicle which has proven right. He quite obviously is confident in the vehicles he is selling and this shines through which left me feel not anxious as I normally feel when changing my car. He was very knowledgeable on the car I was buying, even after paying a large deposit not once did I feel pressured into buying the car and was confident that if I changed my mind after the test drive or at any point there would have not been any issues at all, (many car dealers don't operate like this!!) all in all I would go out my way in the future and contact Charlie if I ever thought about changing my car in the future but can't see it I'm over the moon with this one thank you Charlie

From start to finish, Charlie made my car transaction seamless. Went to view a car at Wilson autotrade by appointment with the pandemic we are in they were very helpful and knowledgeable about what I was looking for after the test drive we negotiated a deal I was under no pressure at all when I told him I needed to go home and speak to my wife about the package on offer! I was given a fair trade in for my old car and they called me after having the car for a few days to see how it was going and told me if at any point I needed to contact them for any reason not to hesitate.

After trying to buy a car from two or three traders prior to speaking to Wilson Autotrade and just getting ignorant or rude salesman. One company even ignored my offer to pay a deposit and then buy the car in wuestion only to be ignored! Wilson Autotrade could not be more different. The owner , could not have been more helpful and polite. He actually made buying a car a good experience rather than the usual disappointing experience. He was interested in doing a deal. He was honest and when a minor fault became apparent after I had bought the car, there was no problem simply getting the car sorted. I cannot recommend Wilson Autotrade highly enough from my experience. I will definitely go back when I or my wife need another car. A nice change to find a decent car dealer

GREAT SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH
If you want to find a reliable car with it been well looked after, this is the place to go! The owner of the dealer has great knowledge/eye for detail and maintains his cars ready for purchasing. I travelled from Scotland down to see the car I was interested in (A6 avant 3.0 tdi s-line Quattro) which cosmetically looked great compared to what they have in big dealerships. Once test driven I was happy enough which then I was able to get a deal that suited me with also a 6 months platinum warranty. Great customer service and would recommend Wilson Autotrade to anyone looking for a well looked after reliable car. Would purchase from here again in the future.

Where to start?! In 20 years of motoring and buying cars this was hands down the best experience I have ever had. Having looked tirelessly for the right car for many weeks I finally found what I was looking for at Wilson Autotrade. A stunning Mercedes CLS 350 CDI AMG Sport. With potentially a 700 mile round trip I was apprehensive, but my reservations quickly faded the more I spoke with Charlie on the phone about the car and I took the plunge. Best decision ever! The car was as described, if not better! I quickly fell in love with the car after a test drive and I wasn't leaving without it. Charlie's professionalism, knowledge and customer service is second to none. He even called the next day to ask how everything was with the car and make sure I was happy. Everything he said he would do, he did. A top class, hard working, honest car dealer! First class service from beginning to the end. I was looking for a new car after having my Peugeot 308 written off just before Christmas. I found my now DS4 in Wilson Autotade and decided to go along and have a look. Charlie was very professional from the off and was not pushy in any way. I took the car for a good test drive and the car drove faultlessly and I must admit the car was spotless inside and out. 860 mile round trip, 100% worth it!
I travelled down to Wilson Autotrade from the Isle of Lewis after a lengthy phone call to buy a BMW 335d they had advertised, the car was exactly as described and in immaculate condition. The 400 mile drive home was a good test for the car and it drove flawlessly. Even with the 2 day trip to get the car I would seriously consider returning to Wilson Autotrade in a few years when it's time to upgrade again. Would 100% recommend the garage to anyone after the experience I've had with them.

Excellent Service!
Contacted the seller on the Monday who sent me a video of the car as I was unable to get to the garage until the Saturday and he ran through its history with me. The seller told me that the car was immaculate and that there was a lot of interest in it. I paid a £500 deposit to secure the car which would be refunded if the car was not exactly how it had been described. The seller gave me his personal mobile number which was very reassuring. Drove 2.5 hours to the garage to find the car was exactly as promised, absolutely immaculate!!! It had a new MOT and had been serviced for me .Needless to say I bought the car and drove it home, roof down in the sunshine. I would not hesitate recommending this garage to anyone looking to buy a new car. I would definitely use them again!!

This is where you should buy your next car from !!
The salesman was absolutely excellent right from the start, I turned up with absolutely no notice and right away it was a completely stress free no pressure environment, I was left to look around the car and make my own decision which is a nice experience in my eyes. The car I bought unfortunately had an unforeseen issue which I did not notice on the test drive! However I have never experienced customer service like the salesman delivered, when I called up to tell him about the issue I was asked to return to the garage and it would be fixed that day there and then literally no second ask was needed he even paid from his own pocket to have it rectified. If more garages were like this then buying your next car would never be a stressful thing and I'd honestly say I'd go back and buy a car again absolute 10/10! Arranging the finance was also easy he worked with me to get the deal that I wanted and did not settle for the first price the company's gave him !!

Genuinely well prepared car - Audi A6 absolutely mint inside and out for year and as described -at a really competitive price and really impressed with the service. One of the rare small car centres left that know the cars they are selling and can work to give you a great deal. Also looks like they have selected a car and taking efforts to prepare it really well and as described. Non of the deposit and admin car supermarket rubbish its a quality garage and you deal directly with the owner. He also went out of his way to pull together all of the latest documentation properly and it was nicely presented. After sales was second to none when I needed some advice and help. The owner really vares about quality and reputation. Very impressed and highly recommended.

In 30 years of buying cars this was the easiest.

Due to the distance to travel I read previous reviews before driving up. Charlie was polite friendly and most of all not pushy!! He was knowledgeable about his cars as was his mechanic Steven. The whole part exchange was smooth and without hassle which makes a refreshing change. Excellent service, very friendly. The manager allowed us plenty of time to look at The vehicle and was not pushy at all. He answered all the questions and was very helpful. Very pleased with the vehicle, excellent condition and very clean. I would definitely recommend this garage to anyone who is considering buying a German vehicle. The platinum warranty was also very good. The manager was very friendly and was not sat like a parrot on your shoulder like some garages. He took his time with us and was not pushy or rude in manner. I would definitely return but not for a while because I'm in love with the vehicle I bought from Wilson's!

Mercedes E Class Convertible Outstanding!
I can only describe my experience at Wilson Autotrade as perfect. There was no pushy sales and we were allowed to test drive at our leisure and the quality of the cars were so much so I bought my Mercedes E Class Convertible without going to see any others. The sales procedure was seem less and the quality of service was second to none even down to the after sales enquiring as to how the vehicle was running .. Nothing and I mean nothing was left to do on the vehicle when I collected it as it was literally gleaming like a new car. I couldn't speak highly enough of Wilson Autotrade and would Highly recommend them if you are looking for another car as they are a really genuine and honest dealer.
